Post image for Almond Rice Pilaf

Rice pilaf is great with any kind of main dishes, especially with fish entrees in my opinion. My husband made this awesome rice pilaf with almonds. He basically tripled this recipe, though, to feed 6 adults. The slivered almonds gave a wonderful texture to this pilaf. Use long grain for pilaf for a better texture.
